This weekend

I decided to go home this weekend. Hopefully this break would help me get more ideas for this paper. This week have been very stressful for me. Its time for me to have a little fun. Its much needed. Oh lucky me! There's no class on Friday, meaning I can leave early. Thank you Professor Sweeney (:

Week 2

For this week, we read the story "A Good Man is Hard To Find. This story was actually interesting. The whole family seem like they just deal with their grandmother. Instead of telling her when she on the wrongs. The grandmother is a very outspoken person and sticks up for what she believe in. Sometimes that's good to have confidence like that, but sometimes it can be a bad thing. The Misfit was misunderstood person. He did kill people for no reason, but I believe he killed the old lady for a reason. My opinion is that they known each other in the past. I'm not going say they we're related, but it can be possible.  You would never know that the story would end so badly. I like stories that are not predictable, keeps me more anxious to keep reading. Anyways I' still having a little issues with writing my paper, I decided to write about this story since I enjoyed it.

About Me

Hi. My name is Kiana Francis. I'm from Hampton, Virginia. This is my second year at Richard Bland. During the summer I was working at a clothing store called Olive Ole. The major I'm studying for is Sociology. I'm hoping to become a child care worker. I plan on transferring to Virginia State or Old Dominion University. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. So far I enjoy my English class. It seems very interesting. English always been one of my favorite subjects. This is my first time ever doing a blog. I still don't know how to blog, but I'll get use to it.
